We believe in offering our clients a fast and efficient service at very competitive prices. That′s why we made the decision some years ago to focus on developing an online solution for our customers and become the best that we could in that area of commerce. Why?

1. We wanted to offer the cheapest prices.

Because we don′t have to rent a big showroom, buy in a whole load of samples and staff it with fulltime people, our overheads are much lower than our competitors. And these business costs have to be passed on somewhere so guess where they end up? We understand that this approach to business does not suit everyone, as some customers like to take half a day out of their day to travel to and from a showroom so that they can look at what they′re buying. That′s fine by us if they want to pay for the priviledge.

2. We wanted to be upfront with our pricing.

On our site we provide you with a quote for everything from the price of the units to branding those items. This is something none of our competitors do. At best, they will provide you with a unit price for the products, but you then have to wait around for days to find out how much it will cost to print them. Why? Because the cost of branding is sometimes more than the value of the raw items and the traditional way of thinking is to not scare people off. And to an extent it works on some customers. Our approach however is different. We tell you up front what it costs to brand merchandise, so if it′s way above your expectations then at least you can get on with looking at other ways to spend your marketing dollar. Or select a different item off our site.

3. We wanted to be fast.

When your wanting to buy something online, you don′t want to wait around for days to get a quote - especially if your on a tight deadline. With us, you know straight away what the costs are, and if you are happy with those, you can get on with getting them into production for an early delivery.

4. We wanted to give you access to the largest range.

We have over 10, 000 products loaded into our system from suppliers within Australasia and throughout the world. You′d never get that in a showroom. This means you have the biggest and best range to choose from.
